TARZAN MOVEMENT

It is the attention and silence, it is in trees as much as in people. It is to incorporate the way we observe life with fresh eyes and accompany us with daily practice without feeling forced. It is coming together to play wherever we are. It is a cultural movement that does not depend on a specific place or individual, I take it with me and in the same way you can take it with you.

Alexia Kraft

Hi! My name is Alexia and I’m a documentary filmmaker based in Barcelona. The reason why I love filmmaking is that it has allowed me to satisfy my natural curiosity about the world and the people that inhabit it. My aim is to allow and inspire a bigger conversation on how to make this world a better place by using this tool which is storytelling. I hope this film, Tarzan Movement, inspires you as much as it has inspired me.

Ruggero

Ruggero is a young traveller with an academic background in physics, renewable energies and political ecology. His admiration for nature and concern for environmental crises, brought him to first engage in activism and, later, to discover alternative paths to restore an authentic connection between human beings and the surrounding living ecosystems.

This personal journey unfolded therefore into the exploration of spiritual traditions like yoga, taoism and shamanism, as well as into the practice of music, seen as a tool to strengthen human connections and develop a feeling of community. Following this individual search, he therefore specialized himself in percussive music (handpan in particular) and breathwork, combining both practices with the support of cacao and other plant medicines to provide an open space for honest communication, vulnerability and free artistic creativity.
